This policy describes how Kairos Fire SAS (“Kairos”) collects and uses information on this website and through its measurement services.

Website. We collect the information you submit through forms (name, work email, company) and standard analytics data. We use it to respond to you and to improve the site. We do not sell it.

Measurement services. Kairos beacons collect anonymous, aggregated visit counts in client stores. No images, names, phone numbers or individual identifiers are collected or stored. Campaign exposure data is processed under a Data Processing Agreement with each client.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. Kairos does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, write to contact@kairosfire.com.

EU residents (GDPR). Kairos Fire SAS is the data controller for website data. You may access, correct or delete your data and lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
